Our Floor Plan Services are ideal for all commercial property owners, developers, contractors and asset managers. Just upload a blueprint, sketch with dimensions or existing floor plan and our expert draftsmen will create accurate floorplans. Reliable and generally ready within 2 – 3 business days!
Express Render’s high-quality 2D Floor Plans provide a clear outline of the size and layout of the property or space. Customers can add room names, measurements, and furnishings. Floor plans are high resolution and optimized for print and web. Print or download them in multiple scales and formats to suit your needs.

For on-site measurements, please email us your requirements and physical address info@expressrenders.com, and one of our booking agents will call to make an appointment and provide a price.

How it Works
FAQ
Each project is different and depends on size and complexity. Typically the following timelines apply:
3d Renders: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
2d Plans: First Round takes 1 – 2 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
3d Plans: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
Matterport: Matterport is the system we deploy to provide home photo-walkthroughs and produce as-built drawings. Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of camera operators. The photo-walkthrough is available within 24 hours from time of scan, and around 7 days for as-built drawings.
Photography: Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of photographers. Photographs are usually available within 24 hours from time of photo-shoot.
Multi-render projects, large project drawings and walkthrough video are custom projects and generally take several weeks or even months dependent on time needed.

For renders and floor plans 2 rounds are provided for the price, if additional changes are required please ask your project manager for a quote. Naturally, if Express Renders makes any mistakes we will of course correct at no charge and no argument.
Photography and Photo Scans are done once for the stated price.
