Matterport is a scanner and camera that offers many perspectives. The scan generates photographic walkthrough of the property, including as-built plans and layouts. The output can be used for marketing, drawings and general remote site reviews. Use dollhouse view to see the whole property all at once. Switch to inside view for an interactive walkthrough experience; it’s like you're actually there. Floorplan gives a birds-eye perspective of the property.

Matterport does more than just create 3D models. A single scan automatically creates a library of media, including:

How long do projects take to complete?

Each project is different and depends on size and complexity. Typically the following timelines apply:

3d Renders: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.

2d Plans: First Round takes 1 – 2 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.

3d Plans: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.

Matterport: Matterport is the system we deploy to provide home photo-walkthroughs and produce as-built drawings. Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of camera operators. The photo-walkthrough is available within 24 hours from time of scan, and around 7 days for as-built drawings.

Photography: Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of photographers. Photographs are usually available within 24 hours from time of photo-shoot.

Multi-render projects, large project drawings and walkthrough video are custom projects and generally take several weeks or even months dependent on time needed.

What files will I receive when the renders and/or drawings are completed?

The following are the formats we provide:

3d Renders: Jpeg files, Pdf and Tiff files for very high resolution

2d Plans: Jpeg files, Pdf

3d Plans: Jpeg files, Pdf

Photography: Jpeg files, Pdf, and Raw files

How many rounds are included ?

For renders and floor plans 2 rounds are provided for the price, if additional changes are required please ask your project manager for a quote. Naturally, if Express Renders makes any mistakes we will of course correct at no charge and no argument.

Photography and Photo Scans are done once for the stated price.

What furniture and fixtures can I add in my renders
Customers can have any furniture or fixtures, we just need reference link or photograph of the item in question.
What is cost to use Express Renders augmented reality program?
Express Renders offers its own software that customers can load their room photos and renders and view the broad range of wall and floor materials from our multiple approved vendors and manufacturers.
Where are Express Renders services available
