Order Your Project Online and Send Design Information
Each project is different and depends on size and complexity. Typically the following timelines apply:
3d Renders: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
2d Plans: First Round takes 1 – 2 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
3d Plans: First Round takes 4 – 6 days from time of order, corrections and adjustments take 1 – 2 days from time of customer notification.
Matterport: Matterport is the system we deploy to provide home photo-walkthroughs and produce as-built drawings. Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of camera operators. The photo-walkthrough is available within 24 hours from time of scan, and around 7 days for as-built drawings.
Photography: Usually we can schedule within 2 days from order, however this is based on the schedule of photographers. Photographs are usually available within 24 hours from time of photo-shoot.
Multi-render projects, large project drawings and walkthrough video are custom projects and generally take several weeks or even months dependent on time needed.

For renders and floor plans 2 rounds are provided for the price, if additional changes are required please ask your project manager for a quote. Naturally, if Express Renders makes any mistakes we will of course correct at no charge and no argument.
Photography and Photo Scans are done once for the stated price.
